One of the most important factors which influence crop yield is water. At Stf, while spending years in mastering filtration technology, we learned that every water source is different. Filtration is crucial to ensure your irrigation system clean and water distribution uniformity remains high. Filters extend the life on your sprinkler system while they are a necessity to prevent emitters from becoming plugged in drip irrigation systems.
Remotely accessible superior filtration technology developed to find solutions to irrigation needs of farmers.
(IoT) IoT access control filtration system
Works even at low pressures (1,5 – 8 bar)
Performance, evaluation and reporting
Data exchange by communicating with GSM networks
24/7 online information storage and instant notifications
(AC/DC) low power requirement battery or adapter operation
Strong Screen Filter 9000 (IOT) integrated with Agristat OS™ is remotely accessible and developed to help farmers to reach the peak level of performance in irrigation. The use of a remote control eliminates the need for the operator to be in direct contact with the system and requires the least amount of inputs to achieve the highest level of filtering performance. A smart filtration technology to help farmers to reduce labor costs and save time.
The Strong Screen Filter 9000 (IoT), helping farmers reach the highest performance level in irrigation. Thanks to its user-friendly interface, it is a smart filter that saves time and reduces labor costs for farmers by minimizing effort while providing the highest filtering performance.

An IoT ecosystem consists of web-enabled smart devices that use embedded systems, such as processors, sensors and communication hardware, to collect, send and act on data they acquire from their environments. IoT devices share the sensor data they collect by connecting to an IoT gateway or other edge device where data is either sent to the cloud to be analyzed or analyzed locally. These devices communicate with other related devices and act on the information they get from one another. The devices do most of the work without human intervention, although operators can interact with the devices to set them up, give them instructions or access the data.
Once the sieve at the inlet of the system catches the large particles, the multi-layer stainless steel sieve filter performs fine filtration.
With the contamination of the sieve surface, a pressure difference occurs between the inlet and outlet of the system. The value of this pressure difference is detected with the help of the preset sensor and the backwash process starts.
Cleaning of the filter is done with nozzles that move spirally inside the fine mesh filter. The automatic valve that opens at this time creates high-speed flow at the tip of the nozzles, and allowing the nozzles to vacuum particles.
During the 40 second backwashing process, the filtration process continues uninterrupted.
