STF Human Resources Vision: Continuous Learning and Transformation

As STF, in accordance with our education and development policy, one of the main principles of our human resources vision, we support our employees in embracing a culture of continuous learning. In this respect, with support of MEVKA, our production planning department participates to the “Learn & Transform Program” organized by Konya Model Factory under the Transformation Technical Support Program in the manufacturing industry.

The program, which integrates the field and classroom activities, aims to improve participants’ qualifications by offering experiential learning opportunities in simple production techniques, operational transformation, and digitalization. Furthermore, by integrating the knowledge obtained through consultancy support into business processes, a sustainable transformation culture is being ensured.

This process, which will be completed in December 2025, while supporting the individual development of our employees and also will transform our company into a stronger, more professional, and more competitive structure.
