This Information Notice has been prepared by Stf Filtre Tarım Sulama Sist. Mak. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (Stf Filtre Tarım or the Data Controller) in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation of Disclosure, pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, in order to fulfill the data controller’s obligation to inform regarding the purchase, sale, or rental of goods/services.
